Abstract: Child`s Pastorate is a volunteer-based social organization assisting hundreds of thousands of children under six years old and pregnant women. Given the challenge to monitor and assess healthcare for them, innovative information management tools were developed and implemented, improving registration, location and learning to fulfill this goal. This work describes the experience before and after the innovations, and drafts a conceptual framework to analyze the extent of the recent improvement, envisioning how to make the most of AI resources.
